Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All bookings made via our website are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. Bookings are valid only for the date and time selected at checkout. Access outside of your booked time is not permitted unless agreed in advance. Day passes, block passes and memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the named purchaser. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booking start time. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. That said, we understand that things don’t always go to plan. Where possible, we are happy to move your booking to an alternative date, provided the request is made within 24 hours of the original booking time and the new date is scheduled within 30 days of the original booking date. Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to future bookings. Desks operate on a flexible basis for day pass, block pass and hot desk members. Dedicated desks are reserved exclusively for members on a dedicated desk membership and may not be used by other members. Workspace selection is on arrival. Monitors and cables are available for use within the space on a first come, first served basis. They cannot be reserved in advance and must remain on the premises. Members are responsible for ensuring their devices are compatible. Wi-Fi internet access is provided for member use. While we take reasonable steps to maintain a reliable connection and good speeds, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that the connection will be available 100% of the time. We will always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. All members and guests are expected to respect the space, equipment and fellow coworkers. Third Square Cowork reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a booking if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in breach of our terms. We reserve the right to amend or cancel bookings where necessary for operational reasons. In the unlikely event we cancel your booking, you will be offered an alternative date or account credit. By completing a booking through our website, you agree to this policy.
