Third Square Cowork Ltd - Virtual Address Policy 1. Introduction This policy outlines the terms under which Third Square Cowork Ltd ("the Provider") offers a virtual address service for business correspondence only. 2. Service Scope The service provides a designated address in Poole, UK, for receiving correspondence limited to "Large Letter" size or smaller, as per Royal Mail. The address is assigned to one company per agreement. 3. Mail Handling Access to mail is available during opening times on our website, limited to weekends unless otherwise agreed. 'Key holder' members may have 24/7 access by written agreement. Mail is stored securely for one calendar month. No mail forwarding, scanning, or reading is provided. Uncollected mail is securely disposed of after storage. 4. Client Responsibilities Clients must collect mail within the storage period. Only permissible mail (Large Letter size or smaller) should be sent. The address must not be used for illegal or fraudulent activity. Clients must inform Third Square Cowork Ltd of any company detail changes. 5. Limitations and Exclusions No mail forwarding, scanning, or opening. The provider is not liable for lost, misplaced, or delayed mail. The address may not be used as a registered office unless agreed in writing. Parcels or oversized mail will not be accepted. 6. Termination of Service Either party may terminate with one month’s written notice. The provider may terminate immediately if terms are breached or the address is misused. 7. Agreement and Compliance By using the service, clients agree to these terms. The provider reserves the right to amend terms with prior notice. 8. Liability and Claims Third Square Cowork Ltd reserves the right to claim against clients if the address is blacklisted or incurs charges due to misuse.
